So I’ve been using the ALSA driver for sound for the past month or so. There was this odd thing that happened when the mixer only supported one sound at a time. That was annoying. I tried getting dmix to work, but that never worked. I have no idea why.

Anymoo, I gave in and used a software sound mixer. I’m using esound right now. At least I can have alerts and stuff now.
