Today I got a chance to go down to Long and McQuade to have a look at what kind of stuff they have. I have learned that the Squier Bass Pack that you all are talking about is $425.

I got a chance to hold it and try it out on the amp. It felt a bit awkward, but I blame that on me having no idea what to do. It was light enough and it didn’t slice my hands open. I did see that Yamaha RBX170 that I was thinking of getting, but in the end, the Squier pack seemed like it had everything in it so I didn’t have to think about what other stuff I needed to get. I worked out the price and it probably would have come out to the same amount anyway. Of course, I didn’t get it yet, but I believe there’s a good chance I’ll get it before summer’s over. Most exciting indeed.

Which reminds me, I’ma gonna need someone to teach me or help me learn how to read chords and all sorts of maintenance stuff with the thing.
