Beginning of the End
It’s March, and that means we are stuck here for only four more months. And to begin we have our next set of exams, also known as the last chance to pump marks up or you will crash and burn week. I’ve done a few calculations and I’ve calculated that I will need exactly 100 on all of my exams to reach a satisfactory admission average to work with for the next month before the second round of submissions. Spore
This is the second time I’ve talked about this game. The first time was when I first heard about it. This time, it’s after watching the video of the demonstration at the Game Developers’ Conference. Every gamer must watch this video.
You really need to watch it to believe it. Spore is a game created by Will Wright, who brought you such classics as SimThis and SimThat and SimEverythingElse. The basic premise behind Spore is the same as every other SimGame: you are in control. Spore takes this control to unprecedented levels. Continue reading
