I’ve been waiting for this book from the library for a while. I first heard about it watching the author’s talk to Google on Google Video. It was hilarious. Both the author and the audience were questioning and answering about robots killing humans in the most casual tone. Anyway, this book is How to Survive a Robot Uprising by Daniel H. Wilson, a roboticist with a Ph.D in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon.
The book gives tips on how to survive the inevitable robot uprising from robotics experts today. It’s really funny and educational, explaining how robots work and how their evil plans can be thwarted. It’s a pretty short read. The book is pretty small and thin, the text is pretty big, and there are plenty of comedic illustrations of robots crushing puny humans.
I highly suggest this book to people who like funny things and are nerds.
Hah. Love that line. “I highly suggest this book to people who like funny things and are nerds.”
I’m just a random stalker, don’t mind me…
