Summer is dying

I think this past weekend was the most fun I’ve had in a while.

On Saturday, we got together for some partying of sorts. Pirates of the Caribbean and V For Vendetta didn’t suck as much as I thought they would. Anyway, I ended up driving everyone around because I was the only one who had a car.

On Sunday, I went downtown for my CC small group’s meetup. Downtown is quite scary when you’re alone and don’t have anyone else’s cell number. Luckily, they were there, and it was a blast. The Old Spaghetti Factory is quite nice and relatively good. But being on the subway alone at night is very nerve-wracking.

Yeah, once September comes, I’m going to be missing a lot of friends.

Burning Crap

I just watched the World of Warcraft Burning Crusade trailer and it was the worst trailer that Blizzard has ever put out. Watch any of their other trailers: D2, War3, even WoW, and you’ll notice the quality of the trailer, as if it were for a motion picture. Their trailers were more for the story than gameplay, since everyone pretty much knew how the ganes would be played before the game even came out. The Burning Crusade one, though, was crap. Just a list of features and flashing pictures. Not very Blizzard at all. I’m worried that this is the company that’s supposed to develop Starcraft II.
